Daniel (Danny) Card is a Video Editor previously employed at VICE Media from 2016 - 2023. Starting his career right after graduating from Lawrence University in 2016, Danny started out as an Assistant Editor for VICE News Tonight. Shortly after, in 2017, Danny was promoted to Video Editor for VICE News's Digital team.

 

He has achieved many awards including the prestigious Peabody Award as a coeditor for VICE's Transnational Series. Outside of VICE, he has edited a variety of genres including the feature film Poets Are The Destroyers, which can be watched for free on Revry.tv.

 

In 2022 he started VICE News on Twitch with his fellow colleagues as the technical director, broadcasting the show from his edit bay using vMix. Danny's interests include scripted works and documentaries. He also loves gaming and streaming on Twitch. He is currently working as a freelancer at Eater at Vox for and is looking forward to his next adventure.
